Am I eligible?

Any meeting planner is eligible for Midwest Rewards.  Some rewards may not be combined with others.  Rewards are not retroactive for retreats that are already booked.  The planning team will help create a package amenities that will meet your group's retreat needs combined with the best rewards for your group.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Just start planning a retreat.  Based on the number of people you're planning to bring on retreat, out team will construct a package plan with the best combination of discount offers available for your group.

Do I need to know anything else?

The purpose of Midwest Rewards is to equip meeting planners with the very best amenities and discounts adding value to the event and allowing you to focus on ministering to your event's attendees.  Our planning & guest services team will assist you every step of the way to help you create an event where your attendees have an enjoyable and relaxing get-a-way, a chance to connect with their peers and church family, and to strengthen their relationship with Christ.
